The newly created Greater Cambridge Planning Service is a multi-million pounds partnership between Cambridge City Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council and will play a central part in shaping the lives and economy of Greater Cambridge.

We now requires a Business Development Manager to help us deliver our vision of being one of the best planning services in the country

You will need to drive business improvements and efficiencies across the service, and work with the Leadership team to develop and deliver the business plan.

Working in a fast paced, high-pressure, political environment with partners, you will play a key part on our ambition to deliver a first class service first time, every time. Passionate about people and committed to “going the extra mile” for customers and colleagues, your positive attitude and respect for others will enthuse colleagues and be a personal example of our organisational values.
